Delivery is Free within a 50km radius applicable for Business orders. For all private purchases, our friendly store staff will contact you.
51km - 60km: R210
61km - 150km: R280 for every 10km
150km+: To be discussed with store
Same Day delivery service: Orders placed by 12:00 within a 50km radius
1 - 3 Business Day delivery service: Orders placed by 15:00 outside of a 50km radius

Who will deliver my order?
Your store will deliver your order. For any queries about your delivery, please contact your store.
Preferred delivery dates
Although we try our utmost to deliver within these time frames, please do take note that the date you selected is the earliest possible delivery date and sometimes orders do take longer to be delivered. If we can deliver earlier than your selected date, we will contact you to confirm a possible earlier date. Delivery takes place within 1 - 3 business days.
Receiving my order.
A person over the age of 18 must sign for the delivery.
What if my order is damaged or products are missing?
If there are any missing or damaged products in your delivery, please call your store and one of our friendly staff will assist you. Please see our full Returns and Refund Policyhere.
Can I change the delivery address after I have ordered?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for the provision of an incorrect delivery address. We may only deliver to the address provided at the point of order submission.
Can I choose a specific date for my delivery?
Yes, you can! Follow the prompts at checkout to select a specific date on which you would like your order to be delivered.
What if I am not available for delivery?
During check out, you can specify the name and contact number of somebody to receive your delivery on your behalf. If nobody is available, we may schedule a re-delivery.
